I specialize in Digital Product Management and Leadership of cross-functional teams, with deep industry experience across E-Commerce, Subscription Services, and FinTech.
Over the years, I’ve built digital products across various stages and organizations — ranging from global tech companies and venture builders to early-stage startups and scale-ups undergoing hypergrowth.
While I've gained valuable experience as a leader overseeing more than 10 cross-functional teams as
VP of Product, I also acted as an IC and subject matter expert responsible for large-scale systems, products, and domains that enabled over $100M in revenue.
These versatile experiences shaped my perspective on product management, leadership, and the principles required to build truly successful products and high-performing teams that create lasting value for both businesses and their users.
